Mr. Venkatraman Srinivasan (DIN: 00246012) holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from University of Mumbai and he is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He is a seasoned professional with nearly four decades of experience in statutory audit, mergers and amalgamations, share valuation, financial restructuring, and tax planning. He has earned a strong reputation for his expertise in devising and structuring effective tax schemes for diverse clients.

Mr. Srinivasan was a member of the Depositor Education & Awareness Fund established by the Reserve Bank of India from 2015 to 2019. He also served as a special invitee on the Accounting Standards Board for 2020-21, the Ind AS Transition Facilitation Group Committee for 2019-20, and as a co-opted member of the Expert Advisory Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for 2021-22.

His commitment to governance and audit best practices was further strengthened through participation in the case study-based governance program on Audit Committees at Harvard Business School.
