Mr. Sunil Vakil (DIN: 02527630) is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with over 40 years of experience in corporate finance and business consultancy. He has worked with large corporate houses and a multinational company for more than a decade, and for the past 20+ years, he has been running an independent practice specializing in finance, corporate strategy, and business restructuring.
