Mr. Jai Diwanji (DIN: 00910410) is a distinguished advocate with over 25 years of experience in law and legal advisory. He completed his education at the University of Cambridge (UK), earning a B.A. in Law in 1997, and holds a Business Service Management degree from Tulane University (USA). He is currently a Senior Partner at Desai & Diwanji’s Mumbai office, where he specializes in advising both Indian and international clients on a broad spectrum of legal and regulatory issues, corporate and commercial law, and complex transactions, including private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, and strategic deals.

Mr. Diwanji has a deep understanding of the Indian legal and regulatory framework and has successfully advised on numerous inbound and outbound transactions across various sectors. His sector expertise spans banking and finance, intellectual property, manufacturing, IT, education, e-commerce, aviation, telecommunications, logistics, mutual funds, fintech, agriculture, sports, and entertainment.
